- Where can I order custom rigid boxes in Noida?
- A.R Packaging manufactures at First Floor, C-297, C Block, Sector 10, Noida 201301. Design, die cutting, gumming, corner taping, foil stamping and assembly all happen in that one unit, and we supply across Delhi NCR and the rest of India.
- What is the difference between rigid boxes and folding cartons?
- A rigid box is built from 1.5–3 mm greyboard, wrapped in printed paper and supplied assembled — it holds its shape and suits premium and heavy products. A folding carton or mono carton is printed on a single creased board and ships flat for machine filling, which makes it cheaper at volume.
- What is the minimum order quantity for custom boxes?
- Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces. It can vary with the box structure and finishing because tooling and print set-up are fixed costs spread over the run. Share your product details and quantity for a precise quote.
- How long does rigid box production take?
- Roughly one hour to come back on structure and design direction, about two days for a physical sample in the specified board and wrap, and around two weeks for bulk production once artwork and the prototype are approved.
- What information is needed for a packaging quotation?
- Product dimensions and weight, an indicative quantity, your timeline and any reference you like. A photograph of the product or an existing box is enough to start.
- Can rigid boxes be customised with a logo?
- Yes — logos are applied by offset or screen print, hot foil stamping in gold or silver, embossing, debossing or spot UV, often combined so the logo is both raised and foiled.
