Terms and Conditions
These terms cover quotations, prototypes, approval and production. Project-specific terms are confirmed in writing.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the specification, quantity and materials confirmed at the time of enquiry. A change to structure, board, finishing or quantity may change the price.
Prototypes and samples
Prototypes are produced to the agreed specification. Minor variation between a hand-made sample and a production run can occur and is discussed before approval.
Artwork approval
Production begins after written approval of artwork and the physical sample. Errors present in approved artwork remain the responsibility of the client.
Production tolerances
Standard industry tolerances apply to dimensions, colour and quantity delivered. Tolerances are confirmed with the quotation.
Delivery
Delivery schedules are confirmed at order stage and depend on material availability and approval dates.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the quotation or purchase agreement for each project.
Intellectual property
Client artwork and brand assets remain the property of the client. Structural die-lines developed by A.R Packaging remain our property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
