Share Your Requirement
Send a sketch, photograph, existing box or product dimensions. We confirm quantity, budget range and timeline.

Structure and Design
We develop the die-line around the product, resolve wall thickness and tolerance, and share artwork templates.

Material and Finish Selection
Board, wrap, lining and finishing are chosen together against the product weight, shelf life and handling.

Prototype Development
A physical sample is produced in the specified materials, packed with the product and reviewed with you.

Approval and Production
Once the prototype and artwork are signed off, tooling is cut and the run is scheduled.

Quality Check and Dispatch
Inline and final inspection against the approved sample, then packing, documentation and dispatch.
Materials and Finishes
The surface is part of the structure.
Finishing decisions are made against the board and the wrap, not chosen afterwards from a list.
Textured Paper
Linen, felt, laid and hand-made stocks that read through the wrap.
Foil Stamping
Metallic and pigment foils applied under heat and pressure.
Embossing
Raised relief tooling for logos, monograms and pattern fields.
Debossing
Recessed detail, on its own or registered under foil.
Spot UV
High-gloss varnish held to specific artwork areas for contrast.
Soft-Touch Lamination
A matte, velvet-feel film that resists fingerprints.
Magnetic Closure
Concealed magnets sized to the lid weight and flap length.
Fabric Lining
Velvet, suedette and linen linings for trays and pads.
Custom Inserts
Die-cut card, EVA foam, moulded pulp and thermoformed trays.
Sustainable Paper
Recycled and recyclable stocks with mono-material construction.

What do you need to start a packaging project?+

Can you develop a structure from scratch?+
Yes. We build the die-line around your product, prototype it in the specified board and adjust the tolerances before tooling is cut.
Do you supply a physical prototype before production?+
Yes. A sample is produced in the agreed materials and finishing so you can review fit, weight and the unboxing before committing to a run.
