Our approach
Decisions made early, proven physically.
Most packaging problems are structural, and they are cheapest to solve before tooling. We resolve fit, wall thickness and closure behaviour on a physical sample, not on screen.
Once the sample is approved it becomes the reference for the run. Inline checks and the final inspection are made against that approved box, so what you signed off is what leaves the floor.

Share Your Requirement
Send a sketch, photograph, existing box or product dimensions. We confirm quantity, budget range and timeline.

Structure and Design
We develop the die-line around the product, resolve wall thickness and tolerance, and share artwork templates.

Material and Finish Selection
Board, wrap, lining and finishing are chosen together against the product weight, shelf life and handling.

Prototype Development
A physical sample is produced in the specified materials, packed with the product and reviewed with you.

Approval and Production
Once the prototype and artwork are signed off, tooling is cut and the run is scheduled.

Quality Check and Dispatch
Inline and final inspection against the approved sample, then packing, documentation and dispatch.

Rigid box corner taping for square, consistent walls before wrapping.
Foil Stamping
Hot foil in gold, silver and pigment foils, on flat and embossed areas.
Embossing and Debossing
Single and multi-level tooling for tactile logos, patterns and borders.
Printing
Offset and digital printing with lamination, aqueous and UV coating options.
Quality Inspection

Insert fitting, kitting, cellophane finishing, cartoning and dispatch documentation.
