A corporate gift box is designed around a fixed set of items. Before any structure is drawn we measure every item in the kit — a mug, a diary, a candle, a packet of tea — because a single item that is 10 mm taller than assumed changes the whole compartment grid.
Structures that suit gifting
- Door style boxes — twin panels opening to reveal a printed interior; strong for premium client gifting
- Lid and base hamper boxes — deep, forgiving, and economical at volume
- Magnetic closure boxes — best for small onboarding and welcome kits
- Drawer boxes — controlled reveal for sets of three to nine items
Personalisation without re-tooling
Names, departments and recipient-specific messages are best handled on a printed belly band, sleeve or card rather than on the box itself. That keeps one set of box tooling across the programme while every gift still arrives personalised.
Kitting and dispatch
Gifting programmes are assembly-heavy. We plan insert fitting, filling, cellophane finishing, outer cartoning and dispatch documentation alongside production, so the in-hand date is realistic rather than aspirational — especially in the Diwali window, when the whole industry is at capacity.
